Massive and beautiful resort, lovely well-kept grounds and gardens, honeymoon room with sea view, good value for money, romantic destination, wide range of breakfast options.

The service in the restaurants is extremely slow. The staff does not seem to understand the language. If the patron doesn't ask for the bill, he will sit at the table for hours.

everything is very clean and amazing environment. wonderful views from rooms. it is located nearby a bus stop.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were weird.

This place was top-notch, felt like a 5-star spot with fantastic staff. the breakfast was delicious and the food overall was really good. We stayed in a suite and absolutely loved it - so spacious! Plus, they had free wifi which was a nice bonus. 🌟

Design and decoration are terrific.

For a five star hotel it's rather dissapointing that there's no free airport shuttle. Taxi drivers are horrible in Sanya but the hotel still charges six times the price of a ride with a cab...

Great pool, only food can be much beter , Chinese restaurant is ok

Located just a short distance from the airport, this beachside hotel offers stunning ocean views from the comfort of spacious rooms. the main restaurant is a great spot for lunch, with plenty of delicious seafood dishes on offer. the hotel provides a variety of fabulous facilities ' recreation.

Despite being a beautiful resort, some aspects leave a lot to be desired.

We enjoyed the beautiful ocean view and the convenience of having access to the beach right from the hotel. the clean and well-maintained swimming pool was also a plus.

the room was in dire need of renovation and we found mold in the bathroom.

The deluxe seaview room was nice and big, with a great view from our balcony. The swimming pools are also very big and there is enough space for a lot of people.

The rooms were very dusty and not very well cleaned. Same for the Western restaurant, the floors and tables were very dirty. The staff hardly spoke any English and it took a long time to get our food, every time!

Close to airport and private beach

The hotel's location, just a few minutes' drive from the airport, is very convenient. The private beach is also a nice touch, providing some privacy and relaxation. the rooms are clean and well-maintained.

The hotel staff lacked proper training, as their service was rude and inattentive. The food quality was also poor, with limited options and tasteless dishes.

the room and staff were very wonderful, made our stay most enjoyable, also have many things to do, so it was very nice, even though it rained very much when we where there

1) room service dinner took over an hour, 2) i think a detailed map of the facility, with location of every thing that we can do would be very helpful, 3) i think to have a shuttle bus that goes to city, or various locations nearby, and comes back at some time, would be good service to have, we got our own taxi and just when and did things, but not everyone has a chinese perosn with them to help like this. 4) i wanted to go water skiing, but for some reason didn't see this, maybe due to rain?

the location is perfect to relax in. great place for vacation with family or partner. love the design of every single place at the hotel. great pools, very nice beach.

Hspa was very nice - i believe people should at least understand more English. hate the 15% service everywhere. think its not an international state of mind and does not worth it! price should include those 15% in or not at all. especially in the spa, where you come to be spoiled and get the perfect service!

The hotel had top-notch facilities, with spacious pools and a private beach within a 5-minute walk through a lovely garden. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and staff were friendly and helpful during check-in. The rooms were well-equipped, and the view from the balcony was amazing.

The Pool and the Scenery

1-Hotel had agreement with a few public Taxis and would charge the guests 3 to 5 times more than what would Taximeter show as the real fare. Unfortunately guests had no choice but paying such a unfair price, since hotel management would not allow other taxis enter the Hotel premises. 2-Too many overpriced restaurants in the Hotel, but no good, decent food available. 3-Due to lack of English knowledge among staff, they cannot assist you for any simple matter.
